For your convenience, CHI St. Alexius Health accepts payments for services prior to September 12, 2015, through this portal for CHI St. Alexius Health’s hospital and clinics, Heart & Lung Clinic, and Great Plains Rehabilitation Services billing statements. Please choose your statement, type your name and account number in the login below.

Statement Choice: 
When selecting Hospital and Clinics: Please type exactly as shown on statement and in this order: first name, middle initial (use only if it is on the statement), last name. Please do not use a character such as a period (.) behind the middle initial if there is one on your statement. The system does not recognize characters.

  • For questions or concerns on your CHI St. Alexius Health Hospital, Heart & Lung Clinic, or Clinic statement please contact Patient Financial Services Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at (701) 530-8806 or (800) 545-8860.
  • For questions or concerns regarding your Great Plains Rehabilitation Services statement, please call (701) 530-4007 or (800) 222-4989 and ask for extension 4007, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Question or concerns on the Pay Your Bill Online system?

  • Please choose the correct statement when filling out the form or you will get an invalid response.
  • Please type your name as you see it on the statement and in this order first name, middle initial (only use if it is on your statement), last name when filling out the form or you will get an invalid response. Do not use any punctuation when typing your name, only use spaces between the first, middle and last name.
  • Please type in your account number as you see it on the statement when filling out the form or you will get an invalid response.
  • The system is not a record keeper. If you do not have a balance due with the hospital or one of the clinics, you will not see a detailed summary of your statement history. If you would like to review your history, please call the above hospital or clinic contact information.
